We're working with a rapidly scaling European fintech that’s on a mission to revolutionize financial services for entrepreneurs . Backed by a recent Series C raise and now operating across multiple EU markets, they’re building an all-in-one B2B financial platform that combines banking, invoicing, and AI-powered financial tools.

They're now looking for a strategic Lead Product Manager to own and drive their Lending product portfolio . This is a critical leadership role focused on helping small businesses access fair, real-time financing solutions – and shaping one of the most impactful verticals in the company.

🔍 Key Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end product strategy and roadmap for SME credit/lending products.
• Lead the full product lifecycle – from discovery through to delivery and iteration.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams: engineering, data, design, risk, operations, and legal.
• Define and track key KPIs/OKRs for the lending business.
• Manage and mentor a small team of Product Managers.
• Deeply understand the needs of European SMEs and freelancers around cash flow and funding.

✅ What We're Looking For

• 7+ years of product management experience , ideally in fintech or B2B SaaS.
• Deep understanding of credit/lending products , including alternative data and risk assessment models.
• Strong analytical mindset – comfortable with data, KPIs, and product performance metrics.
• Experience working in cross-functional and fast-paced scale-up environments .
• Deep empathy for SME customers and understanding of their financial pain points.
