Senior, Hands-On Architecture Role - Production AI at Scale

Our client is a globally recognized enterprise software company investing heavily in next-generation AI capabilities across a highly scaled decision intelligence platform used by major international businesses.

This is a principal-level, hands-on architecture role for someone who wants to design, build, and own production-grade AI systems end-to-end—not just define strategy. You will play a critical role in shaping how LLMs, Generative AI, and agentic systems are embedded into a live enterprise product at global scale.

What You’ll Own

• Define and deliver end-to-end architecture for GenAI capabilities embedded within enterprise planning and decision workflows
• Design and build agentic AI systems capable of reasoning, orchestration, and multi-step execution across complex business scenarios
• Architect LLM-driven applications, including RAG pipelines, vector retrieval, and semantic reasoning layers
• Develop production-ready AI systems, ensuring scalability, reliability, and observability
• Drive architecture across distributed systems, APIs, and AI-native platform components
• Establish best practices for evaluation, guardrails, monitoring, and performance optimization
• Stay close to implementation—this is a hands-on role, not purely advisory

What They’re Looking For

• Proven experience designing and building production AI/ML systems in enterprise environments
• Strong expertise in LLMs, Generative AI, and modern AI application design
• Hands-on experience with RAG, LangChain, LlamaIndex, Bedrock, Azure OpenAI, or similar frameworks
• Strong Python and/or Java engineering background
• Deep understanding of distributed systems, microservices, and scalable architecture patterns
• Track record of owning systems end-to-end (design → build → deploy → operate)
• Ability to work within real-world enterprise constraints while delivering high-impact solutions
