Product Manager
Product Manager – Experimentation & Growth
Up to £65,000 + Bonus | Hybrid Working
Our client is a fast-growing, digital-first business experiencing significant growth. As they continue to scale, they're looking for a Product Manager to take ownership of experimentation and optimisation across their platform.
This is a fantastic opportunity to join a high-performing product team where you'll have genuine influence, report directly to the Head of Product and have real influence on the roadmap from day one.
The Opportunity
We're looking for someone who has hands-on experience designing, running and analysing A/B tests—not just reporting on the results.
You'll own the experimentation roadmap, identifying opportunities to improve conversion, engagement and customer experience through data-led product decisions.
Working closely with Product, Engineering, Design and Data teams, you'll drive a culture of testing and continuous optimisation across the business.
What You'll Be Doing
- Own and deliver the experimentation roadmap across key customer journeys
- Design and execute A/B and multivariate tests from hypothesis through to analysis
- Define success metrics and ensure robust experimental design
- Partner with Engineering teams to implement accurate, trackable experiments
- Work closely with Data and BI teams to uncover insights and identify opportunities
- Analyse results and translate findings into actionable product recommendations
- Collaborate with Design and User Research teams to develop evidence-based hypotheses
- Drive measurable improvements in conversion, engagement and customer experience
What We're Looking For:
- Experience in a Product Manager, Growth Product Manager, CRO Manager or Experimentation role
- Proven experience personally running A/B or multivariate tests
- Strong understanding of statistical significance, sample sizing and experimental design
- Experience within a premium or high-end retail eCommerce environment
- Excellent stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills
- A commercial mindset with a passion for using data to drive decision-making
Why Join?
- Join a high-growth business where experimentation is a key strategic focus
- Significant opportunities for progression as the team continues to expand
- Work closely with senior leadership and influence business-critical decisions
- Fast-paced, collaborative and non-corporate culture
- Competitive salary up to £65,000 plus bonus
- Hybrid working model
