The Role

Join a dynamic full-stack pod in Camden! Collaborate with product managers, designers, and stakeholders to build and maintain features. Start with backend using Python, Django, Go, and GraphQL; deploy on Kubernetes (EKS). Frontend includes mobile and web apps, monitored via DataDog and deployed with GitLab.

What You'll Do

• Collaborate with product, design, and stakeholders to solve user and partner challenges
• Develop features across backend and frontend
• Maintain and monitor systems for reliability
• Enforce development best practices and standards
• Mentor junior team members

Ideal Candidate

• 2+ years building mobile/web apps in Series A+ startups or top tech companies
• Production Django experience for mobile/web outputs
• Willing to upskill across full tech stack
• Clear communicator for technical/product discussions
• Knowledge of event-driven architecture and declarative programming
• Experience in distributed teams
