The scope, deal size, and compensation will be aligned accordingly.

The Role

This is a senior AE role selling into:

  • Aluminum, metals, oil & gas, and manufacturing & similar
  • Traders, importers, and global supply-chain operators
  • Sustainability, compliance, procurement, and commercial leaders

You will own the full sales cycle and report directly to the Head of Sales, with strong visibility to the CEO. This role suits someone who thrives in complex, high-value enterprise sales and wants to be part of the global decarbonization transition.

Key Responsibilities

  • Win new logos across aluminum, metals, and heavy industry
  • Run full-cycle enterprise sales from discovery to close
  • Sell CBAM, carbon verification, and SaaS solutions
  • Engage senior stakeholders across compliance, sustainability, and trading
  • Build a high-quality pipeline and forecast accurately
  • Contribute to GTM strategy and market positioning

Essential:

Account Executive

  • 4–7 years of B2B sales experience selling solutions with long sales cycles, multiple stakeholders, and non-trivial deal complexity.

Senior Account Executive

  • 7–12+ years of experience selling complex, high-value B2B solutions into enterprise environments, with ownership of strategic accounts.

Compensation (aligned to level and experience)

Account Executive: £80,000–£90,000 base

Senior Account Executive: up to £120,000 base

OTE: Up to 2x base, uncapped commission

High performers will have a clear path to progression as the business scales.
