London (Hybrid – 2 days/week)

Our client is a leading Big 4 consulting firm is hiring a Senior Manager to join its growing Tax Technology & Transformation team. This role sits at the intersection of tax, ERP systems, and digital transformation, supporting large multinational clients with modernizing and automating their tax reporting processes.

The Role

• Lead tax transformation and ERP-enabled change programmes
• Work across SAP, Oracle, and tax reporting technologies
• Translate tax and finance requirements into scalable technology solutions
• Manage senior stakeholder relationships across tax, finance, and IT
• Support delivery from solution design through implementation

What They’re Looking For

• Background in corporate/direct tax, tax technology, or ERP implementation
• Experience with SAP, Oracle, or Thomson Reuters OneSource
• Strong project delivery or consulting experience
• Confident communication and stakeholder management skills
• Interest in tax, systems, and data transformation

Nice to Have

• Exposure to Alteryx or similar automation/data tools
• Experience in finance or tax transformation programmes
• Previous client-facing consulting exposure
