Sales & Growth Manager – Tax Technology & Transformation

A leading professional services organisation is seeking an experienced Sales & Growth Manager to join its Tax Technology & Transformation practice.

The Role

As a senior member of the Sales & Growth team, you will be responsible for developing client relationships, managing technology-enabled engagements, and supporting the continued growth of a market-leading SaaS offering.

You will work closely with clients to understand their challenges, demonstrate technology solutions, and guide them through implementation and adoption.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and prioritise a portfolio of SaaS client engagements, ensuring successful delivery and long-term client satisfaction.
  • Drive revenue growth by identifying opportunities to expand technology solutions and support business transformation objectives.
  • Lead product demonstrations, solution workshops, and business development activities throughout the sales cycle.
  • Develop commercial proposals and tailored technology solutions to address client operational and compliance requirements.
  • Oversee client onboarding, adoption, and ongoing relationship management, acting as a trusted advisor to key stakeholders.
  • Provide leadership and support to team members while assisting with resource planning and prioritisation across multiple initiatives.
