WHO ARE WE We're recruiting AI Assurance specialists to join a leading consultancy delivering next-generation Defence and National Security programmes.Our teams provide technical assurance, governance, and trusted expertise across the full AI lifecycle: data and ML Ops to deployed mission systems.We're looking for AI experts with Defence backgrounds who can deliver high-impact AI programmes in secure environments.Due to the nature of our clients, you must be eligible for SC clearance and have direct Defence experience.

WE NEED THE AI ASSURANCE SME TO HAVE...- Experience designing and implementing AI/ ML Ops Pipelines - The ability to deliver technical assurance and subject matter expertise for AI systems in the Defence space. - AI testing, evaluation, verification and validation- The ability to develop and apply AI risk management, bias detection and explainability practices for ethical AI usage. - Stake holder management and team leading experience is ideal.
