As a Business Change Consultant, you'll play a pivotal role in enabling effective change within secure government organisations. You'll work closely with stakeholders to understand requirements, define outcomes, and ensure business objectives are met through clear, measurable delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead business change and transformation activities across secure client projects.
• Conduct business analysis and requirements gathering with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Define and document business processes, capabilities, and change impacts.
• Support programme delivery from discovery through to implementation.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams across change, delivery, and technology functions.

Essential Skills & Experience:

• Active Enhanced DV Clearance (Developed Vetting).
• Proven background in business change, business analysis, and requirements gathering.
• Strong stakeholder engagement skills within complex, secure environments.
• Experience delivering change across defence, national security, or central government projects.

Desirable:

• Exposure to delivery management or leading delivery workstreams.
• Understanding of AWS or cloud-based programme delivery.
• Experience working within agile delivery environments.
