ABOUT THE CLIENT:

I am working on a key opportunity for a Cloud Native Architect to lead high-impact work within one of the UK’s most critical National Security & Defence programmes. If you live and breathe AWS, love designing scalable cloud-native systems, and want to work with top-tier engineering teams then this is for you.

WHAT WILL YOU BE DOING?

• Leading the design of secure, scalable cloud-native solutions in AWS
• Driving architecture best practices across DevOps & DevSecOps teams
• Championing microservices, APIs, containers, and open-source tooling
• Working closely with delivery teams to embed resilience, automation & security from day one

WE NEED YOU TO HAVE:

• Proven experience as a Cloud / Platform / DevOps Architect in secure environments
• Expert-level knowledge of AWS, cloud-native tooling, and scalable architecture
• Solid background in microservices, containers (Docker/K8s), CI/CD, and modern API design
• Experience with architectural frameworks (TOGAF, SAFe etc.)
• Must hold active SC clearance – Full Eligibility for DV and eDV
