WHO WE ARE? We are supporting a leading technology consultancy with an outstanding reputation for delivering complex software solutions into the UK National Security and Defence community. Due to continued programme growth, we are looking for experienced Cloud Native Software Developers to join high-performing engineering teams working on secure, cutting-edge platforms that directly support national security operations.

WHAT WILL THE CLOUD NATIVE SOFTWARE DEVELOPER BE DOING? You'll be designing, developing and deploying secure cloud-native applications that solve complex real-world problems for highly classified government customers. Working within Agile engineering teams, you'll contribute throughout the full software lifecycle, helping to shape technical solutions while building scalable, resilient and secure systems.

This is an opportunity to work with modern engineering practices, cloud technologies and containerised environments on programmes where your work has genuine operational impact.

WE NEED THE CLOUD NATIVE SOFTWARE DEVELOPER TO HAVE...

• Active eDV Clearance
• Strong commercial software engineering experience
• Experience building cloud-native applications using AWS and/or Azure
• Strong knowledge of Java, Python, Go or similar modern programming languages
• Experience with Kubernetes, Docker and containerised microservices
• Knowledge of Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, CloudFormation or similar)
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and DevSecOps practices
• Understanding of distributed systems and modern software architecture
• Passion for delivering secure, high-quality software within Agile teams
