We have an excellent opportunity for a PMO to join a leading consultancy on a 12-month contract in London, supporting mission-critical national security projects for a key UK Government customer.

As part of a high-performing team, you will provide programme and project management office support across a portfolio of work, ensuring delivery governance, reporting and assurance processes are consistently applied. This role will suit an experienced PMO professional with a background in complex, highly regulated environments who can operate with discretion and precision.

Key Responsibilities

• Support programme and project managers with planning, scheduling and reporting.
• Track milestones, dependencies, risks and issues across multiple workstreams.
• Maintain governance and assurance frameworks in line with client requirements.
• Prepare high-quality reports and dashboards for senior stakeholders.
• Facilitate workshops, governance boards and project meetings.
• Provide financial tracking, resource management and performance reporting.
• Ensure compliance with security, regulatory and contractual requirements.

Candidate Profile

• Strong background in PMO or project support within consultancy, defence, government or other highly regulated sectors.
• Excellent organisational, analytical and communication skills.
• Proven ability to manage reporting, governance and assurance in complex projects.
• Confident working with senior stakeholders in secure and fast-paced environments.

Clearance & Requirements

• Enhanced Developed Vetting (DV) Clearance (current and active).
• Willingness to work on-site in London as required.
• Ability to commit to a 12-month contract.
