Pay: Up to £75,000 per annum

About the job:

As an IT Infrastructure Specialist, you will be the driving force behind the design, build, and integration of sophisticated on-premise environments. This isn't a "business as usual" maintenance role; you will be executing against high-level technical roadmaps, taking ownership of project delivery from initial desktop OS builds to full-scale SAN storage refreshes. You will be tasked with hardening systems to elite standards, ensuring that every server, virtual machine, and network component is as secure as it is functional.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and deployment of Windows Server and Desktop environments using MDT and SCCM.
• Executing Windows Server OS and Active Directory domain migrations and version uplifts.
• Defining and troubleshooting complex Microsoft AD Group Policies.
• Implementing and configuring SAN storage and managing hypervisor suite uplifts (VMware).
• Hardening builds to meet NCSC standards and managing threat remediation through vulnerability scanning.
• Producing comprehensive High-Level (HLD) and Low-Level Design (LLD) documentation.
