Due to continued programme growth, they are looking for an experienced IT Programme Manager to help shape and lead a new programme capability.

THE IT PROGRAMME MANAGER ROLE
As an IT Programme Manager, you will take ownership of delivering complex programmes across enterprise IT environments, with a focus on infrastructure, networking, cyber security and wider technology capability.
The programme itself is evolving, meaning this role requires someone capable of helping shape delivery, influencing senior stakeholders, and establishing effective governance across multiple workstreams.
You will work closely with senior leadership while leading programme teams and ensuring successful delivery across complex and highly regulated environments.
IT PROGRAMME MANAGER ESSENTIAL SKILLS
- Proven experience operating as an IT Programme Manager or leading multiple IT projects within a programme structure
- Strong understanding of enterprise IT environments including infrastructure, networking or cyber security programmes
- Experience working within highly regulated or secure environments (Defence, Government, Financial Services or similar)
- Ability to engage senior stakeholders and operate within governance and leadership forums
- Comfortable managing multiple workstreams, programme budgets and delivery teams
- Sole British nationality required due to DV clearance eligibility
