ABOUT THE CLIENT

Our client is a specialist consultancy delivering complex digital and technology transformation programmes into highly secure public sector environments. They support organisations in modernising operations through advanced data, automation and AI capabilities. Due to continued demand for AI-enabled change, they are seeking an experienced AI Transformation Delivery Consultant to lead and scale transformation initiatives.

THE AI TRANSFORMATION DELIVERY CONSULTANT ROLE

As an AI Transformation Delivery Consultant, you will enable organisations to adopt AI at scale, driving transformation programmes from proof of concept through to enterprise-wide deployment.

Key responsibilities include:

• Leading AI transformation programmes across large-scale LLM platforms and specialist ML/AI systems
• Managing delivery from PoC through to scaled deployment, including product ownership and adoption strategy
• Driving organisational change, workforce upskilling and capability-building initiatives
• Overseeing the end-to-end AI lifecycle including data readiness, model development, evaluation, deployment and monitoring
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams across Data, Engineering, Cloud, Risk, Legal and Compliance to implement secure AI solutions
• Advising stakeholders on GenAI integration, automation opportunities and workflow redesign

AI TRANSFORMATION DELIVERY CONSULTANT ESSENTIAL SKILLS

• Proven experience delivering AI transformation programmes at scale
• Strong understanding of the full AI delivery lifecycle
• Experience leading GenAI or LLM-based platform implementations
• Background in product management and change adoption within AI-enabled environments
• Ability to operate within secure, highly regulated public sector settings
• Strong stakeholder engagement and cross-functional leadership capability
• Enhanced DV / UKIC clearance (essential)
