Cyber Software Engineer - National Security

A leading technology organisation is growing its National Security team and is looking for a Cyber Software Engineer to work on technically challenging, mission-critical projects.

You'll work across Cyber, Cloud, AI/ML and DevOps, developing and securing software across platforms including Linux, Windows and Android. Projects can range from IoT devices and user equipment through to servers and cloud environments.

THE ROLE

You'll be involved in software development, security, testing and reverse engineering, working on complex problems where research and experimentation are key.

You'll work with experienced engineering teams to develop solutions, build robust testing pipelines and take software through to operational deployment.

KEY SKILLS

• Software analysis and reverse engineering
• C, C++, Java or C#
• Python, Bash, PowerShell or Groovy
• IDA Pro or Ghidra
• Operating systems / firmware internals
• Security architectures and hardware abstraction
• CI/CD and automated testing
• Agile software development

DESIRABLE

• AWS / Cloud technologies
• AI / ML
• Virtualisation, emulation or containerisation

Salary: £50k-£90k DOE
