Data Resilience Technical ConsultantServiceNow GRC / CMDB / Data Resilience / Operational Resilience£750 per day Manchester, Birmingham, Edinburgh or Bristol Hybrid working - 2 days per week onsiteWe're working with a major UK financial services organisation that is building out a new Data Resilience capability within its Chief Data and Analytics function.This is a high-impact contract role focused on strengthening the resilience of critical data services, supporting regulatory compliance and embedding new strategies, operating models and control frameworks across a complex enterprise environment.You'll play a key role in translating regulatory and business requirements into practical technical solutions, with a strong emphasis on ServiceNow, data modelling, governance and operational resilience.The roleYou'll be responsible for:Supporting the ongoing development of the Data Resilience solution within ServiceNowTranslating regulatory and business requirements into technical tooling requirementsMaintaining resilience-focused datasets, asset relationships and dependenciesMapping end-to-end data flows supporting Important Business ServicesIdentifying vulnerabilities across critical data services and processesCoordinating BAU Data Resilience processes, attestations and control activitySupporting the development of resilience dashboards and reportingProducing user stories, workflows, data models and control documentationWorking with Power BI teams to improve visibility of the organisation's Data Resilience positionFacilitating workshops and training sessions with technical and business stakeholdersContributing to Agile delivery across the full solution lifecycleSupporting audit and regulatory scrutiny through accurate, complete and well-maintained evidenceWhat we're looking forYou'll need strong hands-on experience across:ServiceNow GRCServiceNow CMDB modellingServiceNow DiscoveryFlow DesignerWorkflow automationData models, asset relationships and complex data flowsData resilience principles, including integrity, availability, recovery and encryptionRequirements gathering and business analysisUser stories, process workflows and solution documentationData quality, governance and control frameworksAgile delivery environmentsExcel and Microsoft 365 for analysis, MI and reportingPower BI or similar data visualisation toolsOperational resilience, risk or regulated financial services environmentsYou'll also need to be confident engaging senior stakeholders, translating technical concepts into clear business insight and identifying resilience risks across complex data and technology landscapes.Exposure to regulatory frameworks such as PRA SS1/21, FCA PS21/3 or DORA would be highly advantageous.To applyPlease apply with your latest CV or get in touch for more information.Data Resilience Technical Consultant - ServiceNow GRC - CMDB - Operational Resilience - Data Governance - £750 per day - HybridTPBN1_UKTJ
