You'll design, install, and configure server, storage, and network environments, provide technical pre-sales input, and act as an escalation point for complex technical issues.
This is a hands-on role that combines technical consultancy, project delivery, and 3rd line support.What will you need Proven experience deploying and supporting servers, storage, and LAN/WLAN networks* Strong knowledge of Windows Server, Hyper-V, Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and Group Policy* Experience with backup and recovery systems in virtualised environments (e.g. Veeam)* Skilled in firewall and web filter configuration and network authentication (e.g. Radius)* Ability to produce detailed technical documentation and design proposals* Excellent troubleshooting skills with a methodical, customer-focused approach* Full UK driving licence and flexibility to travel nationallyWhat would be desirable Experience working within a Managed Service Provider (MSP) environment* Knowledge of HPE server/storage, Aruba networking, and Smoothwall appliances* Understanding of SD-WAN technologies and cloud-integrated solutions* Previous experience in technical pre-sales or consultancyKEY SKILLS - IT Infrastructure, Project Engineer, Windows Server, Hyper-V, Active Directory, DHCP, DNS, Group Policy, Networking, Firewalls, WLAN, Veeam, HPE, Aruba, SD-WAN, Technical Consultancy, MSP, IT Projects, 3rd Line Support.TPBN1_UKTJ
