Who We're Seeking

We're looking for a hands-on Business Analyst who thrives in a fast-paced Agile environment. You'll be comfortable working across product and delivery teams, translating complex problems into clear requirements and actionable plans.

You'll enjoy facilitating workshops, driving clarity, and ensuring that business objectives are aligned with technical delivery.

What You'll Be Doing

• Assisting in defining product problems, ROI and success metrics
• Leading requirements gathering sessions and stakeholder workshops
• Breaking down complex challenges into clear, structured documentation
• Collaborating closely with delivery teams to ensure high-quality outcomes
• Supporting product delivery within agreed timescales and budgets
• Contributing to Agile ceremonies and continuous improvement initiatives
• Communicating strategies and decisions to both technical and non-technical stakeholders

What You'll Bring

• Strong data analysis skills with the ability to provide insight-driven recommendations
• Experience working in a fast-paced Agile environment
• High attention to detail and strong documentation skills
• Confidence facilitating in-person workshops and product demonstrations
• Ability to manage change and balance best practice with commercial reality
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
• Experience supporting end-to-end product delivery
