CHANNEL MARKETING MANAGER

- Salary pro rata £30k DOE
- Must have experience in channel marketing and creating campaigns (Ideally 4-5 years)
ABOUT THE CLIENT
An established and growing business in the digital sector is seeking a Channel Marketing Manager to help generate new business, execute high impact campaigns and deepen engagement with product portfolio. In this role, you will take ownership of partner recruitment, partner enablement, campaign activation, reporting, feedback and optimisaiton.
THE CHANNEL MARKETING MANANGER ROLE:
- Identify, recruit, and onboard high-fit partners.
- Lead targeted outreach campaigns and collaborate across teams to optimise partner acquisition.
- Develop scalable channel marketing strategies, demand generation initiatives, and co-branded assets.
- Manage a partner campaign calendar and deliver toolkits, content, and campaigns that drive pipeline growth.
- Promote benefits, tiers, and incentives through compelling communications and digital content.
- Support partner onboarding with training programs, webinars, and enablement resources.
- Strengthen partner knowledge of product positioning, use cases, and differentiators.
- Build advocacy through success stories, case studies, and recognition of top-performing partners.
- Track campaign adoption, partner engagement, and sourced revenue using CRM and automation tools.
- Collect partner feedback to refine program messaging, tools, and incentives.
- Provide regular insights to leadership on partner performance and contribution to growth.
CHANNEL MARKETING MANAGER ESSENTIAL SKILLS
- 5+ years' experience in channel marketing, partner marketing, or B2B demand generation, ideally within software or IT services.
- Demonstrated success in developing campaigns and enablement materials for channel partners or resellers.
- Strong ability to balance strategic planning with hands on execution.
- Experience collaborating with distribution channels and reseller networks.
- Proficiency with CRM platforms (e.g., HubSpot) and partner engagement tools.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with confidence engaging internal teams, partners, and senior leadership.
- Ideally located within the North West
