Our squads operate autonomously within an Agile structure, each owning their workstream and collaborating closely with the areas they support. We're also driving forward a number of innovative projects, including initiatives around generative AI, automation, and predictive modelling.

If you're excited by emerging technologies, this role will suit you perfectly.
What You'll Be Doing:
- Develop and enhance internal applications using .NET, C#, Vue.js, and modern Azure-based tooling.
- Build intelligent, AI-driven features using Azure AI Services and Azure Machine Learning, including chatbots, automation tools, and predictive models.
- Contribute to greenfield development, ongoing improvements, and the evolution of existing platforms within an Agile squad.
- Deploy and maintain solutions using CI/CD pipelines, infrastructure-as-code, and cloud-first best practices.
- Research emerging technologies and bring forward innovative ideas to improve how we work.
What You'll Bring:
- A strong interest in AI, machine learning, and emerging technologies, paired with enthusiasm for full-stack, cloud-first development.
- Experience with or a desire to work with modern JavaScript frameworks alongside a passion for writing clean, high-quality code.
