THE MID-WEIGHT UX/UI DESIGNER ROLE:

You'll be joining a cross-functional product team, working closely with developers, product managers, and stakeholders to design intuitive and accessible digital experiences.

The role will involve a balance of UX thinking and UI execution, from discovery and user research through to wireframing, prototyping, and high-fidelity design. You'll have the opportunity to influence design decisions and contribute to the evolution of the overall design system.

MID-WEIGHT UX/UI DESIGNER - ESSENTIAL SKILLS

• 3+ years' experience in a UX/UI or Product Design role
• Strong portfolio demonstrating both UX process and UI design
• Experience with wireframing, prototyping, and user journeys
• Confident using tools such as Figma, Sketch, or similar
• Understanding of user-centred design principles and accessibility
• Comfortable collaborating within agile, cross-functional teams
