ABOUT THE ROLE: We're looking for a someone who is passionate, personable, and motivated to deliver exceptional candidates across specialist markets including DevOps, Cloud, Cyber, and Defence Tech. The ideal candidate would be able to commute to Chester or Manchester city centre.

Day-to-day activities will include:

  • Candidate resourcing across specialist markets (DevOps, Cloud, Cyber, Defence Tech).
  • End-to-end candidate management: sourcing, screening, qualifying, and shortlisting.
  • Building and maintaining talent pipelines (virtual benches) for current & future projects.
  • Using CRM tools effectively (data integrity, candidate tracking, workflow management).
  • Supporting bid-aligned hiring by building capability pipelines ahead of client needs.
  • Liaising with senior stakeholders and clients (where required) to ensure smooth delivery.

ESSENTIAL SKILLS / EXPERIENCE:

  • Recruitment experience a plus (180 model, resourcing, delivery).
  • Strong organisational skills and time management.
  • Experience with CRM and candidate management tools.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Personable, client-focused, and motivated to build relationships.
  • Someone who takes pride in sourcing, engaging, and delivering quality candidates into competitive and crucial skill areas.
  • Capable of managing your own workflow, both in-office and remotely.
  • Interest in Defence, National Security, or emerging tech is desirable but not essential.
