- Create scripts to improve cloud deployment and reporting, primarily within SharePoint.
- Take ownership of complex technical escalations through to resolution.
- Deliver client projects on time and within budget.
- Build trusted relationships with customers and provide clear technical recommendations.
- Explain technical solutions clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Maintain accurate security, network and infrastructure documentation.
- Coordinate with external suppliers and other technical teams where required.
What We're Looking For
- Strong knowledge of firewalls, ideally FortiGate.
- Experience investigating security incidents and carrying out root cause analysis.
- Strong Active Directory and Group Policy creation and management experience.
- Good Microsoft Intune / MDM configuration and deployment experience.
- Experience creating and configuring VLANs.
- Strong networking knowledge covering firewalls, routers and network troubleshooting.
- Microsoft 365 experience, including Conditional Access and SharePoint.
- Strong Windows hardware and infrastructure troubleshooting experience.
- Experience working across a variety of technologies within a support environment.
- MSP or outsourced IT experience would be highly beneficial.
- Ability to independently own complex technical issues and projects.
- Strong customer-facing and communication skills.
- Relevant technical certifications or evidence of continued professional development.
- Power BI knowledge would be advantageous.
What's on Offer
- Salary up to £50,000.
- Exposure to a broad range of cloud, infrastructure, networking and security technologies.
- Opportunity to take ownership of complex technical work and client environments.
- Autonomy to improve and develop technical solutions.
- Opportunity to develop skills across new and emerging technologies.
- Genuine progression opportunities within a small, technically focused business.
- Flexible benefits package including options around childcare and medical cover.
