THE SENIOR FULL STACK DEVELOPER ROLE

You'll work closely with the internal IT team to maintain and develop a range of business-critical systems, ensuring solutions meet operational needs while driving continuous improvement.

This is a hands-on Full Stack role covering the full software development lifecycle, from design and build through to testing, deployment, and ongoing support. You'll be involved in backend and frontend development, system integrations, database optimisation, and mentoring junior developers, while contributing to wider technical decisions.

SENIOR FULL STACK DEVELOPER ESSENTIAL SKILLS

• Commercial experience with ColdFusion
• JavaScript / jQuery and modern web development principles
• Strong SQL skills with experience across MSSQL and MySQL
• Object-oriented programming and software design principles
• Experience with APIs, web frameworks, and version control
• HTML and CSS with a good understanding of website design
• Ability to mentor junior developers and collaborate with stakeholders
• Strong problem-solving, communication, and organisational skills
