Due to an exciting period of growth, we have an opportunity for a Recruitment Consultant to join our team working within the contracts tech digital division.

ESSENTIAL SKILLS / EXPERIENCE:

We are looking for someone who is ready to immerse themselves into our recruitment processes, frameworks and systems to learn how to be a top recruiter in their market.

• 3+ Years experience in 360° agency recruitment - ideally IT / tech / digital (Contracts would be a bonus)
• Proven success in new business generation, account management and delivery
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced KPI driven environment
• Excellent communication and time management skills
• A strong work ethic and ambition to drive success for yourself and your wider team
• Ability to use our core systems and working frameworks (previous experience using LinkedIn Recruiter, Broadbean, Mercury, Indeed etc. is advantageous but full training will also be given)
• This is a full-time office based position, all candidates will need to be able to commute and work daily from our Chester HQ
• Ability to present yourself in a professional manner to prospective candidates and client
• An insatiable desire to push the boundaries in a quest to deliver excellent customer service
• Above all, ambition & pride in the quality of your output
