WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING:

• Develop and deliver new product features across the full stack using React / React Native and Node.js.
• Collaborate with the CTO and Engineering Director to design and implement new capabilities for the platform.
• Work on AI-powered integrations and innovative features, such as an in-platform AI Copilot.
• Improve platform scalability, performance, and reliability as the company grows.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Product and Sales, to ensure smooth launches and feature rollouts.

SOFTWARE ENGINEER - ESSENTIAL SKILLS:

• Fluent Italian speaker (written and verbal).
• Proven experience building products, ideally from 0 1 (either professionally or through personal projects).
• Skilled in React or React Native and Node.js.
• Comfortable working across frontend, backend, or full-stack environments.
• Familiarity with AWS (Elastic Beanstalk, Lambda, etc.) and PostgreSQL.
• Experience with Firebase or Supabase.
• Strong understanding of software design patterns, data structures, and Agile development practices.
