As we continue to scale, we're strengthening our technical delivery capability and looking for an organised, tech-savvy Technical Project Manager to help keep our engineering efforts running smoothly.
WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING:
- Coordinate and track technical projects across data, engineering, and AI teams.
- Facilitate Agile delivery - managing sprint planning, daily stand-ups, retrospectives, and backlog prioritisation.
- Act as a bridge between engineering and product, ensuring goals are aligned and progress is transparent.
- Monitor project timelines, risks, and dependencies, proactively resolving blockers to delivery.
- Support best practices across the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC), including testing and release coordination.
- Provide clear communication to technical and non-technical stakeholders regarding status, risks, and milestones.
TECHNICAL PROJECT MANAGER - ESSENTIAL SKILLS:
- 3+ years of experience in project management or coordination within a software or technical environment.
- Strong understanding of SDLC and Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, etc.).
- Comfortable discussing technical topics such as data pipelines, APIs, and cloud infrastructure.
- Proficiency with project management tools (Jira, Confluence, Asana, or ClickUp).
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Highly organised, proactive, and solutions-focused.
NICE TO HAVE:
- Certifications such as PMI-ACP, PMP, or Agile Practitioner.
- Experience working in cloud environments (GCP, AWS, or Azure).
- Previous exposure to data engineering, AI, or machine-learning teams.
- Familiarity with data and analytics technologies (ETL tools, data warehouses, dashboards).
