ABOUT THE CLIENT We're supporting an established organisation with a strong technical footprint that is continuing to invest in its security posture. They are now looking to add an Information Security Analyst to their vulnerability management function, supporting the secure operation of systems across a large and complex environment.

THE INFORMATION SECURITY ANALYST ROLE: In this role, you'll support the organisation's vulnerability management processes, ensuring endpoints and systems are scanned, monitored, and assessed for risk. You'll review and interpret vulnerability scan results, assist with scheduling and planning internal and external testing activities, and support the collation and communication of security reports. You'll also liaise with technical and non-technical stakeholders to discuss risk, remediation options, and compliance requirements across operational areas.
INFORMATION SECURITY ANALYST ESSENTIAL SKILLS* Strong understanding of core cyber and information security principles* Hands-on experience conducting vulnerability scanning and interpreting results* Experience supporting security investigations* Good knowledge of industry-standard security practices and tooling* Awareness of emerging security technologies and trends* Understanding of PCI DSS (current version)* Excellent communication, documentation, and organisational skills* Pragmatic approach to governance, risk, and stakeholder engagement
