About Us:

We're a well-established digital agency with a strong portfolio of clients across multiple industries, delivering high-quality web solutions and digital experiences. We specialise in creating bespoke websites and web applications, with a focus on performance, usability, and clean, maintainable code.

As part of our growing in-house development team, you'll be involved in building modern, scalable front-end solutions for a range of exciting digital projects.

The Role:

This is a front-end focused role with a strong emphasis on WordPress and NextJS. You'll work closely with our designers and backend developers to build responsive, user-friendly websites, often using headless CMS setups.

While the main focus is front-end, you'll also need to bring a working knowledge of PHP and development tools commonly used in modern web workflows.

What You'll Be Doing:
  • Building custom WordPress themes
  • Developing and maintaining websites using React and NextJS
  • Implementing headless CMS solutions
  • Working with Twig templates and modern JavaScript frameworks
  • Writing clean, accessible HTML5, CSS, and JavaScript
  • Using tools like Gulp/Webpack, Tailwind CSS, and Sass
  • Managing version control with Git
  • Handling deployments (Vercel), DNS records, and server environments (WHM/cPanel)
  • Ensuring SEO best practices are followed in all code
  • Supporting content entry, QA, testing, and post-launch fixes
  • Collaborating with internal teams and occasionally speaking directly with clients
What We're Looking For:
  • 2+ years of agency experience (essential)
  • Solid experience with custom WordPress theme development
  • Proficiency in React, NextJS, and modern JavaScript (incl. TypeScript)
  • Experience with GraphQL and headless CMSs
  • Strong understanding of frontend best practices and tooling
  • Confident using version control (Git) and working in a collaborative dev team
  • Working knowledge of PHP, DNS records, WHM/cPanel
  • Familiarity with Vercel deployments
  • Understanding of HTML emails and email template development
  • Enthusiastic, self-starting, and happy working in a fast-paced, creative environment
