• Salary up to £65,000 depending on experience

ABOUT THE CLIENT

We’re supporting a growing, collaborative software-focused organisation that delivers impactful solutions to complex operational challenges. With a strong emphasis on simplicity, clarity, and teamwork, they are looking to expand their Product function with an experienced Business Analyst.

THE ROLE

As a Business Analyst, you’ll play a key role in understanding business needs and translating them into clear, structured requirements that support successful product delivery.

You’ll work closely with Product, Engineering, and stakeholders to run discovery sessions, gather requirements, and define user stories, process flows, and acceptance criteria. You’ll help ensure alignment across teams, identifying risks, gaps, and opportunities throughout the delivery lifecycle.

This role will also involve supporting backlog refinement, contributing to UAT, and maintaining high-quality documentation. You’ll act as the bridge between technical and non-technical teams, ensuring solutions are clearly defined and deliver real value.

ESSENTIAL SKILLS

• Proven experience as a Business Analyst within software, SaaS, or IT environments
• Strong requirements gathering and stakeholder engagement experience
• Experience with agile methodologies, including user stories and backlog management
• Ability to produce clear documentation such as process maps, workflows, and specifications
• Confident communicator across both technical and non-technical audiences
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Experience supporting full lifecycle delivery, including UAT
