THE LEAD MARKETING ANALYST ROLE

You’ll join a highly collaborative analytics team focused on driving marketing effectiveness and commercial growth through advanced measurement and experimentation.

Working across digital acquisition, lifecycle marketing, customer engagement, and on-site performance, you’ll help shape measurement frameworks that support strategic marketing investment decisions across the business.

You’ll be responsible for:

  • Leading marketing effectiveness and attribution analysis across multiple channels
  • Designing and analysing A/B and multivariate experiments
  • Building forecasting and performance models to support commercial planning
  • Delivering deep-dive analysis across customer behaviour, acquisition, retention, and conversion
  • Partnering with senior stakeholders to translate complex analysis into actionable recommendations
  • Developing KPI frameworks and scalable reporting solutions
  • Collaborating with Data Science and Engineering teams to operationalise analytical models

LEAD MARKETING ANALYST ESSENTIAL SKILLS

  • Strong experience within Marketing Analytics, Growth Analytics, Product Analytics, or Marketing Science
  • Hands-on experience with MMM, MTA, experimentation, or incrementality measurement
  • Advanced SQL and Python or R
  • Experience working with GA4, digital analytics, or MarTech ecosystems
  • Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills
  • Experience translating complex findings into commercial recommendations
  • Understanding of customer lifecycle, acquisition, retention, and conversion analytics
  • Experience working with large-scale behavioural datasets
