We're supporting a well-established Microsoft data and AI consultancy as they continue to expand their AI & Innovation capability. With a team of 30+ consultants across the UK and India, they help organisations unlock greater value from their data through engineering, analytics, AI and cloud technologies.

Following increased demand and a growing pipeline of Generative AI projects, they're looking to strengthen their AI consulting team with a Senior Data & AI Consultant who can combine strong technical expertise with excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.

WHAT WILL YOU BE DOING?

As a Senior Data & AI Consultant, you'll work directly with clients to design, architect and deliver innovative AI solutions that solve real business challenges.

You'll lead workshops, gather requirements, shape technical solutions and provide trusted advisory support throughout the project lifecycle. This is a highly consultative role where you'll be expected to bridge the gap between technical delivery and business outcomes.

Projects will include Generative AI, Large Language Models (LLMs), intelligent applications, modern data platforms and AI-powered analytics solutions.

You'll collaborate closely with consultants, engineers and offshore delivery teams whilst helping identify further opportunities to add value for clients.

ESSENTIAL SKILLS

  • Commercial experience delivering AI, Machine Learning or Generative AI solutions
  • Strong understanding of Large Language Models (LLMs) and modern AI architectures
  • Python and/or PySpark experience
  • Experience working with cloud platforms (Azure preferred but AWS and GCP backgrounds welcomed)
  • Knowledge of Databricks, Microsoft Fabric or modern data platforms
  • Strong stakeholder management and client-facing communication skills
  • Experience gathering requirements and leading workshops
  • Ability to communicate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences
  • Consultancy or professional services experience would be advantageous
