The Role:

This is a key role focused on shaping and delivering AI strategy across the business. You’ll design and implement AI-driven solutions, including generative AI, working closely with senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams.

You’ll take ownership of complex technical challenges, contribute to architectural decisions, and play an active role in mentoring junior engineers. The position also involves ensuring solutions are built responsibly, with a strong emphasis on compliance, risk management, and best practice engineering.

Essential Skills

• Strong software engineering experience at a senior level
• Proven experience designing and delivering AI/ML solutions (including generative AI)
• Solid background in data engineering, data processing, and feature engineering
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and AI/ML services
• Ability to solve complex problems and deliver solutions independently
• Strong stakeholder communication and collaboration skills
