Senior Account Executive
We are helping a fast-growing ESG SaaS company help organizations measure, manage, and report on their sustainability and environmental impact. Their platform empowers companies to make data-driven decisions that drive positive environmental and social outcomes. As they scale globally, we're looking for high-performing, ambitious sales professionals to join their team and accelerate their growth in key markets.
As a Senior Account Executive, you will be responsible for driving new business growth across your region, building strong relationships with mid-market and enterprise clients, and helping organizations achieve their sustainability goals through our platform. You will work closely with customer success, marketing, and product teams to deliver a seamless experience from prospecting through to deal closure.
This is a high-impact, quota-carrying role for an ambitious sales professional who thrives in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment.
Responsibilities
- Own the full sales cycle, from lead generation to negotiation and closing, targeting mid-market and enterprise accounts.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers, including sustainability, operations, and finance leaders.
- Understand clients' ESG and sustainability objectives and demonstrate how our platform delivers tangible value.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding, implementation, and long-term customer success.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets and contribute to regional growth strategies.
- Provide market feedback to inform product development and go-to-market strategy.
Requirements
- 5+ years' experience in SaaS sales, enterprise sales, or a consultative B2B sales environment.
- Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and closing complex deals.
- Knowledge of ESG, sustainability, or climate-related software solutions is highly desirable.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills; able to influence C-level stakeholders.
- Self-motivated, driven, and comfortable operating in a fast-paced, scaling organization.
- Fluency in English; additional languages (German, French, Spanish) advantageous for specific markets.
- Based in London, New York, or Germany, with ability to travel regionally as required.
