Senior/Lead Product Manager (London)

Our product team is made up of versatile product managers who are constantly developing their skill sets and deepening their process knowledge. You'll work with like-minded individuals who enjoy balancing business acumen with delivering first-class products in LegalTech.
We are seeking a seasoned Product Manager for our Investment App, which is in its formative stages. The successful candidate will take ownership of achieving product-market fit, tracking success metrics, and pivoting strategies to meet customer expectations and business goals.
You must be a multi-talented team player who advocates for data-driven decision-making, enjoys conceptualising and innovating solutions, and has full responsibility for taking this product to market. You will collaborate closely with the founders and support teams across the business.
The ideal candidate will be experienced in agile methodologies, responsible for delivering innovative solutions based on strong research data, and brave enough to explore new approaches to revolutionise the LegalTech space for investors and founders.
You should enjoy working in a team, be well-organised, pragmatic, and a lateral thinker with an inquisitive mind who prioritizes customer needs.

- You have at least 8 years of experience driving product development with developers and designers.
- You are a proven storyteller, able to communicate the vision and impact of your work effectively.

- You can align stakeholders and ensure support for product launches.

- You are comfortable with B2B environments, tables, and spreadsheets.

- You possess an analytical mindset, systems thinking, and domain research skills.
- You have experience with BI tools, data modelling, SQL, and project management.
- You are detail-oriented, capable of foreseeing edge cases, and providing thorough requirements.
