Entry-Level Application Support Analyst

We are supporting a fantastic client in their search for an enthusiastic, entry-level Application Support Analyst who is looking to build a long-term career within a growing tech environment. Location:

  • This role requires 2 days per week onsite in Manchester, with the remaining time working remotely.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Triage incoming support requests, ensuring all required details are captured for further investigation.
  • Identify time-critical or high-priority issues and escalate when necessary.
  • Work collaboratively with the wider support team.
  • Build and maintain strong working relationships with customer contacts.
  • Support documentation, testing and general process improvement activities.

  • Supporting functionality rollouts for existing customers.
  • Producing and delivering internal and external training and documentation.
