Implementation Analyst

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an Business Implementation Analyst to join a growing implementation team working on the rollout of an industry-leading business software platform.

This role will play a key part in supporting customers as they adopt and implement a specialist software platform used to manage day-to-day operations within their business. The position offers the chance to work closely with clients, helping them successfully onboard, configure and embed the system into their business processes.

You’ll collaborate with both customers and internal teams to ensure smooth implementations and a positive client experience. Full training and support will be provided, making this a great opportunity for someone looking to develop a long-term career in software implementation and customer-facing technology roles.

🔧 Key Responsibilities

• Support new customer implementations of the software platform

• Assist with functionality rollouts for existing clients

• Deliver user training and create supporting documentation

• Work with clients to understand their processes and system requirements

• Support project delivery alongside the wider implementation team

• Assist with issue resolution and customer support where required

• Contribute ideas to improve implementation processes and client experience

👤 About You

We’re looking for someone who enjoys working with clients and helping organisations successfully adopt new technology. You should have some exposure to software, SaaS or system implementations and be keen to develop deeper expertise in this area.

✅ Required Experience

• Around 2+ years’ experience in a software implementation

• Experience working with external business clients (B2B)

• Comfortable communicating with customers and guiding them through systems or processes

• Strong communication and organisational skills
