Senior Software Engineer / Lead Developer

This is a hands-on Lead Developer role where you’d be responsible for leading a small team of developers, providing clear direction, and ensuring delivery of scalable, high-quality software across a range of enterprise applications. It’s a mix of technical leadership and hands-on coding, with involvement across the full software development lifecycle.

You’d also be playing a key role in driving engineering standards, championing best practice, and identifying improvements across processes, systems, and infrastructure - making sure everything we build is robust, efficient, and fit for purpose.

We’re looking for someone with experience as a Senior/Lead Developer, ideally with:

• Strong background in C# / .NET
• Experience leading or mentoring small teams
• Exposure to Vue, React, or Angular
• Good understanding of Agile and TDD
• A mindset focused on clean, scalable engineering practices
