Now, they’re looking to hire a Enterprise Account Manager to lead and scale their enterprise function.

💼 The Role

You’ll lead a team of Enterprise Account Managers, owning renewals, expansion, and net revenue retention across their most strategic accounts.

This is a critical leadership hire focused on:

  • Building a scalable enterprise account management function
  • Driving expansion within large, complex customers
  • Partnering closely with Product & Revenue leadership
  • Coaching the team through multi-stakeholder, high-value deal cycles

👤 What they’re looking for

  • 5+ years in SaaS (Enterprise AM / CS / Expansion)
  • Strong preference if you have worked in a Martech Business
  • 2+ years managing quota-carrying teams
  • Proven success driving renewals + upsell in enterprise segments
  • Strong experience with complex, consultative sales cycles (MEDDPIC)
  • Comfortable operating in high-growth, fast-scaling environments

📍 Location

On-site in London - Hybrid

Compensation:

$210,000 + Com + Additional benefits
