Now, they’re looking to hire a Enterprise Account Manager to lead and scale their enterprise function.
💼 The Role
You’ll lead a team of Enterprise Account Managers, owning renewals, expansion, and net revenue retention across their most strategic accounts.
This is a critical leadership hire focused on:
- Building a scalable enterprise account management function
- Driving expansion within large, complex customers
- Partnering closely with Product & Revenue leadership
- Coaching the team through multi-stakeholder, high-value deal cycles
👤 What they’re looking for
- 5+ years in SaaS (Enterprise AM / CS / Expansion)
- Strong preference if you have worked in a Martech Business
- 2+ years managing quota-carrying teams
- Proven success driving renewals + upsell in enterprise segments
- Strong experience with complex, consultative sales cycles (MEDDPIC)
- Comfortable operating in high-growth, fast-scaling environments

On-site in London - Hybrid
Compensation:
$210,000 + Com + Additional benefits
