HR Data Analyst | 6 Month Contract (Potential to Go Permanent)

Up to £70,000 (pro rata) | Welwyn Garden City (1–2 days in office initially then ad-hoc )

We’re working with a fast-growing UK early years education group, currently c.2,300 employees and entering an exciting new phase of growth with private equity backing.

They are looking for an HR Data Analyst to play a critical role in preparing their People data ahead of a major Zoho People implementation.

This is a hands-on, delivery-focused role where you’ll be at the centre of a business-critical transformation.

The role:

• Gather, cleanse and standardise HR, payroll and finance data

• Build a reliable single source of truth across People data

• Support the migration into Zoho People

• Create dashboards and reporting to support leadership decision-making

• Help shape how People data is used post-implementation

What they’re looking for:

• Strong experience working with HR / People data

• Proven ability to clean, structure and consolidate complex datasets

• Exposure to HRIS implementations or system migrations

• Advanced Excel (and ideally SQL or similar)

• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving environment

Experience in a PE-backed or transformation setting would be a bonus, but not essential.
