Founded by creative and technical founders and operating at the forefront of generative AI for entertainment workflows, the business has built tools used by major studios and creative teams worldwide and has been recognised among influential global technology innovators. They continue to scale with strategic investment from early-stage backers and are rapidly expanding their team in London.

The Senior Technical Recruiter will be a key hire in the Talent function, owning sourcing and candidate management for priority technical and cross-functional roles. This is a strategic, hands-on position where you'll build strong pipelines, refine recruiting practices, and shape candidate experience as the company grows through key hires across Product, Engineering and broader functions.

The Senior Technical Recruiter will:

  • Lead full-cycle recruiting for technical, product and other specialist roles.
  • Build and nurture high-quality candidate pipelines through proactive sourcing and engagement.
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand needs, advise on hiring strategy and calibrate search approaches.
  • Ensure a seamless, positive candidate experience at every step of the process.
  • Drive improvements in how talent is identified, evaluated and engaged at scale.

Essential skills:

  • 5+ years' experience in technical recruiting or sourcing, with strong track record in Product and Engineering hires.
  • Experience working in fast-moving environments and building credibility with senior stakeholders.
  • Strong UK/EU tech market knowledge and ability to compete in tight talent markets.
  • Comfortable owning coordination and logistics without dedicated support.
  • Passion for developing equitable, efficient and scalable hiring practices.
