Security Business Development Manager – Permanent

Base salary up to £40k (£50k - £57k OTE)

A leading European IT solutions provider expanding across the UK and Ireland is looking for a confident Security Business Development Manager to take its cybersecurity offering to the next level. This is a great opportunity to influence strategy, build key partnerships and play a vital role in strengthening the company’s presence as a trusted end-to-end security provider. 

We’re seeking someone with the drive to grow cybersecurity business across both regions. You’ll work alongside account managers, helping them engage clients with confidence and showcase a strong range of security solutions, vendor relationships and technical expertise. Key Responsibilities

• Drive cybersecurity business growth across the UK and Ireland with key strategic partners
• Support account managers with client engagements, pricing and solution positioning
• Lead bi-weekly stakeholder meetings and deliver sales enablement sessions
• Build and leverage vendor relationships to access sales support and co-selling opportunities
• Contribute to the continuous evolution of cybersecurity services

Requirements

• Proven experience in business development or cybersecurity would be advantageous
• Strong leadership, communication and relationship-building skills
• Pragmatic and solutions-focused mindset with solid organisational ability
• Understanding of cybersecurity technologies, markets and frameworks beneficial
• Experience working across multiple regions advantageous
