eFX Trading Product Manager - Selby Jennings

A Tier 1 Investment Bank is seeking an AVP-level Product Manager to join its eFX Trading business. The team is mid-way through a major replatforming program: MVP delivered, now focused on client migration, onboarding top-tier clients, and rolling out tailored tools. This is a high-impact role requiring strong business understanding and delivery skills.

• Drive key workstreams: client migration, onboarding, and feature delivery for strategic accounts.
• Translate trading and client needs into clear product requirements and roadmap priorities.
• Coordinate across Trading, Sales, and Technology to ensure timely, high-quality delivery.
• Monitor adoption, performance, and KPIs; manage legacy decommissioning.

• 3-6 years in product management or front-office change at a leading bank or fund.
• Solid knowledge of eTrading (ideally eFX), market structure, and client workflows.
• Proven experience in platform migrations or large-scale buildouts.
• Strong stakeholder management and ability to operate under pressure.
• Agile delivery experience (Jira/Confluence).
