We’re looking for an organised and detail-oriented Internal Systems Administrator to help manage our internal workforce system ( Atlas)
This is not an IT support or IT Manager role. Instead, we’re looking for someone who enjoys working with data, systems and people, ensuring our internal workforce information is accurate, up to date and compliant.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to build a career in systems administration, HR systems or workforce data. We are also happy to consider apprentice applicants who have the right attitude and willingness to learn.
What you’ll be doing
- Managing user accounts and access within our Atlas workforce system.
- Setting up, amending and removing employee system access.
- Maintaining accurate employee and workforce records.
- Producing reports using Microsoft Excel and Atlas.
- Supporting managers with system queries and day-to-day administration.
- Monitoring timesheets and assisting with payroll administration.
- Carrying out data quality checks and resolving discrepancies.
- Supporting system upgrades, testing and continuous improvements.
- Ensuring workforce data is handled securely and in line with GDPR.
- Helping maintain compliance with CQC and organisational standards.
We’re looking for someone who
- Has good IT skills, particularly Microsoft Office and Excel.
- Has excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- Is organised and able to prioritise their workload.
- Enjoys working with systems and data.
- Has strong communication and customer service skills.
- Is interested in HR systems, workforce administration or data analysis.
- Is eager to learn and develop.
Previous experience using workforce systems is beneficial but not essential as full training will be provided.
