Product Support Engineer
Our client, very well-established in their field is recruiting for a technically skilled Installations and Support Engineer to join a growing team. The role will reqiure the person to work within factories and on customer sites and must be prepared to travel the UK supporting the customers when needed, using the company vehicle.
ROLE:
- Install and commission digital signage solutions, kiosks, and EPOS systems at various client locations.
- Configure equipment.
- Conduct site surveys and prepare installation plans for indoor and outdoor environments.
- Test and troubleshoot systems to ensure optimal performance and durability.
- Provide technical support and after-sales service to clients.
- Prepare installation reports, service logs, and documentation.
- Use MS office tools for reporting, communication, and data tracking.
- Train customers on operation and basic troubleshooting of installed systems.
- Ensure installations comply with safety standards and project specifications.
- Collaborate with internal teams (design, project management, manufacturing).
- Provide high-quality technical support and service to maintain performance, reliability, and customer satisfaction.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Diploma or Degree in IT, Electronics, Electrical Engineering, or related field.
- Previous experience as a field service engineer, installation engineer, or IT support roles.
- Full driving licence.

- Combination of on-site and office-based work.
- Travel to client locations as required.
- Office work includes system preparation, technical support and project coordination.
- Work in varied environments including retail, hospitality and outdoor locations.
- May involve working at height, outdoors, or in challenging conditions where rugged equipment is required.
HOURS:
8:00am – 5:00pm (Monday to Thursday) and 8:00am – 12:30pm (Friday)
