I am delighted to be supporting my long-standing client with the recruitment of an HRIS Business Analyst on a 1 year fixed term contract basis. As the HRIS Business Analyst, you will play a vital role in their migration to SAP Success Factors and the integration as well as the wider business landscape.
You will be a key member of the HR Transformation Project team, working closely with key stakeholders to ensure SAP Success Factors solutions are embedded within the wider business digital landscape and driving operational excellence.
What will you be doing?
- Business Analysis and AS is Discovery, facilitating workshops and design sessions to validate processes and gather business requirements.
- Producing requirement specifications and high quality documentation.
- Serving as an SME in HR systems and process mapping across the SAP SuccessFactors suite.
- Leading in the capture , documentation and analysis of business processes making sure to align with BPMN standards.
- Analysing document data flows and process impacts across HR modules.
- Identifying gaps between current state and target operating model and to help define activities required to transition to new HR landscape.
What we are looking for:
- Proven HR Business Analyst within a large HR transformation programme.
- Strong knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors best practices, functionality and modules(Performance, Learning, Recruiting, Employee Central)
- Analytical and problem-solving skills using techniques such as SWOT analysis, MoSCoW prioritisation and BPMN process modelling.
- Experience supporting across testing lifecycle activities.
- Familiar with integration tools such as MuleSoft and data management concepts.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills with the ability to facilitate meetings and workshops.
