We are seeking a Business Change & Test Analyst to support the successful delivery of business, process, and technology change initiatives. The role involves assisting with requirements gathering, process analysis, project coordination, testing activities, and stakeholder engagement to ensure solutions meet business needs and quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the delivery of business, process, and system change initiatives.
- Assist with eliciting, documenting, and validating business requirements and user stories.
- Support project planning, coordination, and tracking of actions, risks, issues, and dependencies.
- Develop and execute test scenarios, test cases, and test scripts.
- Coordinate and support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) activities with business stakeholders.
- Verify that test environments and test data are suitable for planned testing activities.
- Log, track, and assist with the resolution and retesting of defects.
- Create and maintain testing documentation, evidence, and regression test packs.
- Produce and maintain project documentation, including requirements, process maps, meeting notes, and status reports.
- Participate in workshops and stakeholder meetings to identify business needs and support solution design.
- Contribute to continuous improvement and process optimisation initiatives.
- Monitor progress against agreed plans and report on status where required.
- Support change implementation activities, including user communications, training, and readiness activities.
- Develop and maintain knowledge of organisational systems, processes, and operations.
- Undertake additional duties as required to support project and business objectives.
- Comply with relevant regulatory, governance, risk, and compliance requirements applicable to the organisation.

Experience & Qualifications
Essential
- Experience in business analysis, business change, project support, change delivery, or a similar role.
- Experience producing business and project documentation, including requirements, process maps, and meeting records.
- Understanding of business processes and information systems.
- Ability to work effectively with stakeholders across business and technical teams.
Desirable
- Experience supporting software testing and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
- Experience creating and executing test scripts and recording outcomes.
- Familiarity with defect management processes and tools.
- Exposure to Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid delivery methodologies.
