Support Assistant

About the Role:

We are looking for a reliable and proactive Support Assistant to help with a variety of day-to-day tasks across household and business operations. This role is ideal for someone practical, hands-on, and willing to learn.

You will be involved in a mix of general support, basic maintenance, and assisting with ongoing projects. No advanced technical expertise is required — guidance will be provided where needed — but a good level of common sense and problem-solving ability is important.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Carry out basic maintenance tasks and general upkeep.
  • Assist with installations, device setup, and simple wiring or soldering tasks.
  • Support basic IT tasks, including setting up computers and troubleshooting minor issues.
  • Assist in assembling and testing 3D printers and related components.
  • Provide hands-on support to technical and operational projects under guidance.
  • Help with general setup, organization, and workspace management related to business operations.
Requirements:
  • Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
  • Practical mindset with basic technical awareness (electrical, mechanical, or IT is a plus).
  • Ability to handle hands-on tasks confidently.
  • Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Basic computer skills (email, Microsoft Office, etc.).
  • Ability to follow instructions and work independently when required.
  • Valid driving license (Essential).
